The next Parish Council meeting will take place at 10am on Friday 4th September at Hartshill Community Centre. In order to keep everyone safely distanced and the space well ventilated meant a change in time and venue. This will be a temporary measure untill Christmas 2020 and the Council will reassess the situation again after that.
Please register your attendance prior to the meeting with the Clerk by emailing hartshillparishcouncil@gmail.com and submitting any questions beforehand. There is an allocated 15 minute window for Public question time where all of your questions will be addressed by the Council. The Council are aware that some people may not be able to attend due to the new time and are encouraging anyone unable to attend to submit questions via email to the Clerk and they will be answered and minuted at the meeting with a response emailed back following the meeting taking place.
From 8th August it became mandatory for people to wear face masks in Community Centres so please be mindful of this if attending the meeting and abide by the one way system in place to allow for safe social distancing. Hand sanitising stations are available throughout the building and visitors are asked to use them on entry and exit.
